All financial members over the age of 18 years old are in the daily $100 draw at the members bar between the hours of 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Members must be in attendance to claim the prize otherwise it Jackpots by $20 per draw. Jackpot stands at $400. Get down to the club meet up with your mates have a drink and see if your lucky number comes out. There has been 15 draws with no claim, so don't miss out if your number is drawn.
For the second year running the women's crew have won the George Bass Surfboat Marathon with the mens crew coming in third. The race is over 7 days so with this behind them they can now concentrate on the shorter races.

Congratulations to Courtney Stack and Thomas Farrall on performing a rescue using a tube at Cosy Corner, of a mother and her young son who were in a rubber boat. Both had only obtained their Surf Rescue Certificate the day before and attended a patrol the next day and were doing a roving patrol when they witnessed the boat moving out to sea when they headed out and assisted the young boy back to the beach. Well done to you both.

Congratulations to the group of nipper parents on becoming "Bronzies" on Sunday 27th November. The children love having their parents as water safety during the nipper sessions. If there is any other parents wishing to take the challenge just leave your details at the club and you will be contacted.
