Torquay's 2012 Live-in Bronze Camp is on from 15th to 21st December 2013 at the Torquay SLSC. Persons 15 years plus are welcome to apply to attend the camp with the prerequisitie being a timed 400mt swim in 8 minutes which can be recorded at your local pool or in the open water. You will require a minimal level of fitness as there is some water activities may require you rescuing someone a little bigger than ones self.
Training is by LSV qualified trainers learning First Aid, Surf Awareness, Communication, Personal Health & Wellbeing, Rescue procedures and Patient Assessment.
